SHIPPING  

Because our jewelry pieces are handmade to order, it will take up to two weeks for your order to be shipped out to you. Please contact us via jewelry@bozenadesigns.com if you need your jewelry to be shipped on a specific deadline.

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. All Unites states orders are shipped via Second Day Priority Mail at no cost. All international orders are shipped via Priority Mail International, which arrives in 6-10 business on average and the recipient is responsible for shipping and all additional fees. This service is available to following countries: Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Spain, Poland, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

 

RETURNS

Any unworn items in original conditions and with original packaging can be sent to us for exchange or return within 7 days of delivery. To initiate the process please email us via jewelry@bozenadesigns.com

We guarantee the quality of our jewelry pieces and you may return your jewelry for repair at any time. To ensure long wear and retain your jewelry’s beauty and luster please make sure to follow our guidelines at the CARE. To initiate the repair process please email us via jewelry@bozenadesigns.com. A repair charge may apply. We are not responsible for jewelry damaged or lost in transit.
